Hello, I’m Andy Hall L.Ac., MT.
I am an Acupuncturist (AC.61634179) and Licensed Massage Therapist (MA.61635401) with a more than 17 years of experience in bodywork and integrative care. I graduated from Fuller School of Massage Therapy in Virginia Beach, VA, and became nationally certified in 2009. Early in my career I worked in chiropractic offices and small massage practices, building a strong foundation in structural assessment and hands-on therapeutic techniques. Seeking broader experiences, I relocated to Jackson, WY, where I developed a thriving private practice, and worked in a variety of spa settings, refining my clinical judgment and client-centered approach.
After many years in massage therapy, I pursued an education in Chinese medicine. I graduated from Southwest Acupuncture School in 2023 and achieved national certification in 2024. My training in acupuncture and Chinese medicine has expanded my understanding of personalized health and treatment possibilities, and informs an integrative approach to care. I select modalities and design treatment plans based on each client’s presentation—balancing evidence-based strategies with individualized, practical interventions.
My clinical practice is committed to evidence-based acupuncture and comprehensive Chinese medicine. I deliver measurable outcomes in pain management and wellness optimization through individualized care plans that support recovery, enhance resilience, and promote sustainable lifestyle changes in line with modern healthcare standards.
How it all started…
I was 16 when an injury catapulted me into where I am today. In my teenage years, I played ice hockey. While getting ready for practice one day, my friend and I were horsing around when he stepped on top of my bare foot with his ice-skate. The blade cut through skin and the extensor tendon of my big toe. This injury was deviating to my teenage mind. My 16 year old life stopped. Hockey consumed my life up to this point, 7 days a week. . This injury left me unable to play and prevented me from getting my drivers license. The journey towards a full recovery captured my full attention, specifically the rehabilitation process.
I dedicated myself to recovery, practicing the PT exercises, self-massage and procedures faithfully and with purpose. Recovery became a form of artistic expression, focusing my full attention on not only my surgery sight, but my holistic health. Bringing awareness to sensations within my body, mind, and spirit were enlightening to my process. Sure, pain and discomfort were very real and present, but within these sensations were emotions that I had to face: anger, joy, fear, confidence, sorrow, exhaustion, love, and more. Working with these emotions were a big part of my healing path. This was my body showing me the way. Mending come from multiple directions: physical, emotional, and environmental. We are all on this journey of healing. Different degrees and magnitudes.
Along with time, I was helped and guided by the skilled hands of multiple practitioners . These optimal conditions were a part of my healing journey, and these conditions became my framework to how I practice today. Healing requires intentional space: a place where the body can recover, a process that considers biomechanics and lived experience, and a combination of approaches that meet a person where they are. I speak to those spaces of healing from multiple directions — manual therapy to address tissue and joint mechanics, movement-education to empower self-care, and environment-focused practices to support rest and recovery.
I am passionate about being a practitioner helping others along their path, what ever that path might be. Healing is a system of supports, and I’m happy to be one of them.
